Today we are taking an outfit + room tour to the next level by doing an outfit + hotel tour as Williamsburg hotel – The Hoxton. Instead of thinking about a few rooms in a posh apartment or home I’m imagining outfits to wear to this stunning new hotel in Brooklyn. This has me dying to go on a trip to NYC!
The mid-century modern hotel pack color, a luxe feel, and a unique flair together. I love the use of pastels, prints, dark wood, and art together in the same space. Instead of feeling chaotic the artfulness makes it feel chic and approachable.
Blazer, Pants, Earrings, Loafers
For this space, I’m imaging you just got off a flight and have a business meeting to attend. A chic blazer paired with wide-leg white trousers, Gucci loafers, and gold hoops is the perfect combination of fashionable yet approachable.
Lobby
The main area of this Williamsburg hotel lobby is equally as stunning as the sitting area. The addition of sofas, coffee tables, and an array of sitting areas created a bit of a madhouse. The color palette and use of shape keep this space from being overwhelming.
For this space I’m envisioning at this point in your stay here you have completed your business meeting and you are ready to do some exploring. This simple and chic look is perfect for anywhere in Manhattan or Brooklyn. The heeled booties are the perfect height to be walkable and the crossbody bag is super functional for travel.
The bedroom in this hotel doesn’t disappoint. The green velvet headboard and the patterned bedspread is quirky and fun while still feeling sophisticated. Plus the dark green rug adds a sense of mystery. The choice to do white walls was smart in this room.
Even for dinner with a friend we still need to dress to impress. Pair a white top and pants together for an instantly cool look. Then pair it with some gold accessories and a pop of color. This burgundy color is perfect for the cooler months.
