To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period submit a photo taken by you showing Ashley furniture in your home (the photo you submit is referred to as the “photo”). The photo must be submitted via http://ift.tt/2uKzajB. You must include your name and email with the submission.  The photo must be suitable for a family audience. Any Ashley Furniture items shown in the photo must have been purchased prior to the announcement of the Sweepstakes.  Limit one entry per person.

A random drawing will be held the week of September 18, 2017 to determine prize winners. Subject to verification of compliance with these Official Rules, the following prizes will be awarded to the respective entrants selected for the corresponding prize:

The SHOW OFF YOUR ASHLEY Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to employees of:

located in the United States who are of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes begins August 16, 2017 and ends September 16, 2017 (Central Time) (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc.

​Rights and Permissions.  By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that (a) you have read or had read to you these Official Rules and agree to be bound by them, (b) you have received permission for the use of the likeness and image of all identifiable people AND locations appearing in your photo and grant to AFI and its designees the rights contemplated in the Official Rules.  By submitting a photo in connection with the Sweepstakes you represent and warrant to AFI that (i) your photo is your own original work and that you own the copyright in such photo and that you have the right to submit it to the Sweepstakes; (ii) your photo does not violate in any way any laws or rights of third parties, including but not limited to copyright and other intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights; (iii) you have obtained all necessary licenses or permissions from all applicable third parties required for the submission of the photo in the Sweepstakes and use by AFI as contemplated in these Official Rules; and (iv) the posting and/or display of your photo or other use by AFI or those deriving rights through AFI will not violate the rights of any parties or otherwise breach any provision of any applicable law or regulation.  By submitting your photo to AFI in connection with the Sweepstakes you agree to and thereby waive any and all moral rights that exist in your photo and any derivative works made therefrom.  All entrants hereby grant to AFI and its designees an everlasting, royalty-free, assignable, irrevocable, unrestricted license to use, utilize, replicate, alter, adapt, modify, publish, perform, broadcast, translate, produce derivative works from, distribute, present, display, sublicense and exercise all copyright and other intellectual property and other rights with respect to the photo worldwide and/or to include, in part or in whole, the photo in other works in any media now known or later created, anywhere and forever, including in connection with promoting AFI, without further review, notice, approval, consideration or compensation.  Except where legally prohibited, by submitting your photo you irrevocably agree that your name and city and/or state of residence may be used in connection with the permitted use of the rights contemplated by this paragraph.  In AFI’s sole discretion, anyone appearing in the photo (or the parent/legal guardian of any minors) may be required to execute and return consent forms / releases confirming the representations, warranties and grants of rights contemplated in the Official Rules
